You don't need a personal trainer or an expensive gym membership to stick to a diet and change your body for the better. All that you really need is the right information and some confidence in yourself. I know, because I've been there. I was in a terrible rut. I'd invested in expensive exercise equipment and prepared meals in an attempt to lose wait, but nothing was really happening because I couldn't get myself to stick with a program.
